Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) is an Indian cooperative society that manufactures fertilizer, mainly urea. It is registered under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act 2002, and The Government of India through the Department of Fertilizers was a member of KRIBHCO but its equity holding was reduced to NIL on 4 July 2013 under the provisions of the MSCS Act 2002. KRIBHCO is not owned nor controlled nor financed by the Government of India / Any State Governments.Its main plant is located in Surat, Gujarat.


1. Kribhco invites applications for the position of Chief manager (hr) for its plant site, surat

Qualification : MSW/MLW/MBA (HR), Degree in Law is desirable
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as on 31st July 2017
Work Experience (i) Minimum of 15 years (post qualification) as on 31st July 2017 in HR discipline of a large scale continuously operating process industry like Fertilizers, petrochemicals, refinery, steel etc. (ii) Minimum 2 years’ experience in Rs.36,600/- - 62,000/- pay scale in IDA pattern or equivalent Grade/Cadre.


2. Kribhco invites applications for the position of Manager (marketing)/sr. Manager (marketing)
Name Of Post : Manager (marketing)/sr. Manager (marketing)
No.Of Posts : 01
Qualification : Candidates should be B.Sc (Ag)/M.Sc(Ag), recognized by the any State
/Central government University/or equivalent.
Experience : Minimum 15 years as on 31.03.2017 in marketing of specialty fertilizer and
micronutrients.
Age Limit : Maximum 40-45 years as on 31.03.2017 (Relaxation in age can be considered for otherwise suitable candidates.)

3. Assistant Security Guard Gr-II:

Qualifications :Matriculate/ Army 1st Class examination or equivalent examination in other services (Airforce/Navy/BSF/CRPF/CISF), Experience Minimum 09 years in service experience as on 31-07-2017
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 31-07-2017
